With the increase of oil and gas field exploitation time, the moisture content in the produced fluid increases year by year, and the moisture content of some oil fields has reached more than 95%, which brings new challenges to the currently existing production fluid treatment process. The pipeline-type oil-gas water efficient separation technology developed by the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has effectively solved the problems faced by current oil-gas water treatment systems and can be applied to different conditions such as land, offshore platforms, and downholes.

The pipeline-type oil-gas-water efficient separation technology is mainly composed of column-type cyclone separators, guide-tube-type pipeline separators, T-type manifolds, and dynamic CFU flotation, which breaks through the traditional use of large-scale storage tanks for oil and gas The water separation method doubles the separation efficiency. This small, compact, efficient, and rapid separation system, due to its simple and efficient process flow, can be operated under relatively low temperatures and pressures, effectively reducing storage tank systems, heating systems, electrical dehydration systems, sewage treatment systems, and The corresponding manifold system and control system have the advantages of economy, energy saving, simplicity, safety, etc., which can greatly save the investment cost of oil crude oil processing, and can play a positive role in the development and technological progress of China's oil fields.

Pipeline oil-gas water efficient separation technology has successfully conducted pilot tests in Liuhua Oilfield and Lufeng Oilfield successively. The separation performance and effect are very significant. In 2011, it was applied to the production line of Liaohe Oilfield and successfully solved low-temperature dehydration and ultra-thickening. Oil dehydration and other technical problems. At present, this technology is being applied to the application of offshore oilfield production fluid processing systems.
