The standard sections of our product QTZ200-TM are connected by M27 bolts. Each tower crane uses more than 1900 M27 nuts. It produces 20 tower cranes per year. It requires nearly 40,000 nuts. The production volume of nuts is large. The tapping of the nut was carried out on a self-made nut tapping machine, which was originally cooled and lubricated with a liquid cutting fluid. Because it is a liquid cutting fluid, the cooling effect is good, but the lubricating performance is extremely poor, so the tap wears quickly, the noise is high, and the production efficiency is low during the tapping process. Last year, we wanted to solve this problem by changing the performance of the tap. Although the tapping of the tap and the application of the 823 protective agent have certain effects, they are not obvious. This year we replaced the aqueous cutting fluid with extreme pressure cutting oil and received good results.
