Mechanical properties:

PVC has high hardness and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties enhance with the molecular weight increasing but decrease with the temperature increasing. The mechanical properties of rigid PVC (uPVC) are very good; the elastic modulus can reach 1500-3,000 MPa. The soft PVC (flexible PVC) elastic is 1.5-15 MPa.

4.Usage
PVC resin can be used for making plastic products both by injection and extrusion method widely as important material of reducing process temperature and increasing plasticization speed and improving product property in PVC automobile plastisol (including coating of preventing bottom disc from stone attacking, spot welding gel for body weld seal, filter core glue and buffered glue etc.), back-lined adhesive for PVC square blanket, printing ink, thermo-sensitivity knitting coating, enameled heel, tarp and chemical foaming product industry etc.
