On December 1, 2011, the US Department of Commerce announced the preliminary review of the dumping of diamond circular saws in China and South Korea. The dumping tax rate of Antai Steel Research Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. was 0.14%, and the dumping tax rate of South Korea and Weihai Company was 8.5%. The 24 Chinese companies are levied at an average dumping rate of 8.5% (the dumping tax rate is less than 0.5% and zero, not the base for calculating the average tax rate). The dumping rate of other Chinese companies is 164%, which is much better than 2010. At the same time, the United States launched the next year's review process.
