4.2 Component-based system structure
The work here is based on the existing CAPP and CAFD research and development of the project team. These independent systems adopt or partially adopt COM components to encapsulate relatively independent functions and program structures, but do not implement two systems. Unified design and implementation. In this paper, COM technology and .NET technology are combined to construct object packaging and system, so as to achieve the relative unity and independence of the two systems, and make the system highly reconfigurable and reusable. At the same time, different physical models, different enterprise resource characteristics and product characteristics are considered in the design stage, and corresponding custom modules are designed to improve the flexibility and versatility of the system.
5 Conclusion
Through the unified analysis and design of CAPP and CAFD systems, the common parts of the two have been standardized and merged. At the same time, based on the feature technology, the overall and key technologies of system modeling such as structure, feature recognition and mapping, and process inference model of part information model are studied according to STEP standard. It lays the foundation for further research and development of feature-based intelligent CAD/CAPP/CAFD system.
