Thermal insulation principle of solar insulation film

There are three ways to transfer heat:

Heat conduction: When there is no relative displacement between parts of an object, the heat transfer phenomenon caused by the thermal motion of microscopic ions such as molecules, atoms or free electrons is called heat conduction.

Thermal convection: The heat transfer process caused by the relative movement between the various parts of the fluid and the mixing of the hot and cold fluids due to the macroscopic motion of the fluid is called thermal convection.

Thermal radiation: The phenomenon that an object emits radiant energy due to heat is called thermal radiation.

The picture above shows the way the sun shines on the foil window and the heat is transferred. As can be seen from the above figure:

1. When sunlight hits the surface of the foil glass, it is reflected outside.

2. The sunlight passing through the film glass is irradiated into the room.

3. The heat-absorbing glass radiates heat indoors and outdoors.

4. Heat is transferred from areas with high temperatures to areas with low temperatures.

3M's solar thermal insulation film can effectively block the heat of sunlight, and the solar thermal energy barrier rate is as high as 79%, so that you can enjoy the cool feeling of indoors on hot summer days.
