(3) Optimize the NC program by means of the programming software. The polyurethane insulation tube keeps the tool path as continuous as possible, reducing the sudden change of the direction and speed of the movement to reduce the energy consumption of the drive motor.

(4) Energy management of the machine tool, using low-energy and high-efficiency auxiliary devices such as hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and cutting fluid to reduce the energy consumption of the non-cutting process and timely turn off the power supply of the auxiliary equipment.

(5) Cutting fluid is an indispensable auxiliary material for the use of machine tools, and it is also a major source of pollution. With the advancement of tool coating technology, dry cutting will gradually be applied. Currently, the use of micro-lubrication technology (MQL) is the preferred solution to promote green manufacturing.
