Polypropylene with a melt flow rate (MFR) in the range of 40-60 g/10 min is generally referred to as high-flow polypropylene in the world, and polypropylene having a melt flow rate (MFR) in the range of 60-120 g/10 min is called ultra-high. Fluid polypropylene. At present, there are very few enterprises that can continuously produce ultra-high-flow injection polypropylene. In the south, there is no polypropylene plant that can produce ultra-high-flow polypropylene products with a melt index of ≥85g/10min.

Since 2012, Guangzhou Petrochemical No. 2 polypropylene plant has started mass production of high-flow injection molding S980 products with a melt index of 52-58g/10min. At present, S980 has become a fist product of Guangzhou Petrochemical. After several years of exploration and summary, Guangzhou Petrochemical has accumulated mature experience in the production of high-flow polypropylene, laying the foundation for the development of ultra-high flow injection molding plastic S990.

In order to do a good job in this new product development, Guangzhou Petrochemical New Product Development Team has done a lot of preparatory work. On the basis of market research and visiting customers, we organized technical personnel to prepare detailed production plans to ensure new product development and production processes. The ultra-high flow injection molding new product S990 developed this time has high ultra-high fluidity and low ash, which can double the efficiency of the injection molding machine in the subsequent processing.
