7. Disassembly and disassembly of the pump: The disassembly of the pump is divided into partial disassembly inspection and complete disassembly and repair and replacement of parts. (5) Loosen the bolts on the pump body and end cap coupling bolts and pump foot. (6) Add a support under the pump body and remove the end cap from the shaft. (7) Remove the pump body. The pump part of the demolition so far, then the working part of the pump and each piece can be checked and cleaned. Complete removal, should proceed in the following order: (8) Loosen the bolt at the bottom of the other end of the pump, remove the pump head from the base. (9) Remove the coupling. (10) Remove the coupling key from the shaft. (11) Remove the front bearing gland. (12) Loosen the bearing lock nut and remove the bearing bracket and bearing. (13) Remove the packing gland. (14) Remove the shaft together with the impeller from the end cap. (15) Remove the sleeve from the shaft. (16) Remove the impeller from the shaft. Disassembled, the mating surface and thread should be carefully wiped and coated with oil.
