As a member of the Phosphorus chemical industry company, I deeply feel that in the past five years, exploring the scientific utilization of phosphorus resources and “refining the nets and resources†has become the direction of the phosphorus chemical industry.
For example, in Yunnan Province, the rich ore reserves with P2O5 content of more than 30% only account for 35% of the proven reserves of phosphorus ore. Experts predict that the mining of rich deposits can only last for about 10 years. The situation in other areas rich in phosphorus resources is also similar. The utilization of low-grade phosphate rock and realization of beneficiation industrialization are imminent.
At this point, the leading companies took up the heavy responsibility. Yuntianhua Group developed and utilized low-grade phosphate rock, and initially realized the beneficiation industrialization. In the past, phosphorus phosphogypsum produced by the phosphorus chemical industry did not have a good treatment. At present, the cumulative stock of phosphogypsum in China has exceeded 200 million tons, which not only occupies large amounts of land, but also causes pollution and poses potential safety hazards. During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, more and more phosphorus chemical companies are exploring the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum. Yuntianhua is used as a soil improver, cement retarder, building materials, etc., and the annual consumption of phosphogypsum can reach 20% of the annual production. Based on the 1×500 million pieces of phosphogypsum standard bricks built last year, this year, the second set of 500 million phosphogypsum brick production lines was constructed, together with other supporting new building materials, to digest the company’s interest in the Xifeng District. All the phosphogypsum waste that was produced that year.
According to statistics from the China Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association, in 2009, China's phosphate fertilizer industry produced more than 50 million tons of phosphate gypsum, utilized more than 10 million tons, and its utilization rate was 20%. The "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum in the phosphate fertilizer industry has been basically achieved. aims. Looking back at the “Eleventh Five-Year Planâ€, the achievements of the phosphorus chemical industry are not small.
