According to the National Energy Administration's Work Plan for Promoting the Construction of Unfunded and Equivalent Internet Projects for Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation (Consultation Draft), the provincial authorities need to submit the competition allocation plan and work plan for the state subsidy project before May 31. According to photovoltaics, the national ranking is expected to start in early June.

The preparatory work for the proposed subsidy project needs to be started as soon as possible.

Regardless of whether it is a distributed or ground power station, the "Draft for Comment" requires the implementation of the consumption and land (site) in the application materials for the subsidy project of photovoltaic power generation. Under the background of national bidding, it is certain that there is not much time left for investment companies to do preliminary work.

Before deducting the subsidy list from the National Energy Administration, there are also policies to release the digestion time and the provincial energy authorities to issue the list of proposed new projects, the provincial energy authorities to determine the project owners and expected on-grid tariffs, and the provincial implementation of the summary submission subsidies. On-grid, the price of electricity will be reduced by 1 cent per quarter in the past quarter, and the grid will not be completed within two quarters after the quarter of the reporting period.

From the perspective of investment companies, it is necessary to advance the project's declaration and production time as much as possible. The PV interviews have learned that many enterprises with investment, industry and commerce are launching pre-related work for this year's industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power plant projects with unsubsidized screening conditions, and for those distributions that are currently unable to pass the unsubsidized standard. For power plants, most investment companies plan to “put aside first”.

For those who have just entered this market or who are in urgent need of expanding their installed capacity, project acquisition is one of the most effective ways to achieve their goals. Similar to the distributed market, power plant acquisition is also one of the best ways to improve efficiency, especially for stock projects that have completed preliminary work and obtained grid access. It is worth noting that this year, except for household use, photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects, and other projects will be included as one of the conditions for inclusion in the national supplement, all local grid consumption is particularly important for the development of projects.
