General requirements for air handling and functional inspection of numerical control equipment

The dry running test is to run the machine tool under no-load condition, and to check the operating state, temperature change, power consumption, flexibility, stability, reliability and safety test of each mechanism.

The main motion mechanism of the machine tool should be operated in order from the lowest speed, and the running time of each speed should not be less than 2 minutes. With interchangeable gears, belt drive shifting and stepless speed change, it can be operated at low, medium and high speeds. Run at the highest speed for a sufficient period of time (not less than 1 hour) to bring the spindle bearings (or rams) to a stable temperature.

The feed mechanism shall perform a dry run test in which the feed rate (or feed rate) is sequentially changed. For normally produced products, only low, medium and high feed (or feed rate) tests can be performed during inspection. There are fast moving mechanisms that should be tested for rapid movement. In the process of empty operation, the following specific tests should also be done.

1, temperature rise test

When the spindle bearing reaches a stable temperature, check the temperature and temperature rise of the spindle bearing, and the value shall not exceed the specifications of the spindle bearing temperature and temperature rise in Table 5-3.

Note: After the machine has been running for a certain period of time, the temperature rise does not exceed 5 0 C per hour, and it is generally considered that the stable temperature has been reached.

2, the main movement and the test of the feed movement

Verify the correctness of the main motion speed and feed rate (feed rate) and check the rapid traverse speed (or time). At all speeds, the working mechanism of the machine tool should be stable and reliable.

3, action test

Machine tool action tests include the following:

(1) Check whether the main motion and the feed motion start and stop (including braking, reversing and jogging, etc.) are flexible and reliable at an appropriate speed;

(2) Whether the adjustment and action of the automatic mechanism (including the automatic circulation mechanism) are flexible and reliable;

(3) repeatedly changing the speed of the main motion and the feed motion, checking whether the shifting mechanism is flexible, reliable, and the accuracy of the indication;

(4) Check whether the movement of indexing, positioning and indexing mechanism is flexible and reliable;

(5) Whether the inspection and adjustment mechanism, the clamping mechanism, the reading indicating device and other auxiliary devices are flexible and reliable;

(6) Check whether the loading and unloading of workpieces, tools, measuring tools and accessories is flexible and reliable;

(7) The random attachments connected to the machine tool shall be tested on the machine tool to check whether their mutual relationship meets the design requirements;

(8) Check whether other operating mechanisms are flexible and reliable;

(9). Check the reverse idle amount of the handwheel with the scale device and the operating force of the handwheel and the handle. The amount of lost air should comply with the relevant standards. The maneuvering force shall comply with the requirements of the operating force table of the handwheel and handle of Table 5-4;

4. Inspection of safety protection devices and safety devices

According to GB 15760-2004 "General Technical Conditions for Safety Protection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools" and other standards, check whether the safety protection devices and safety devices are complete and reliable.

5, noise test

There should be no abnormal screams and impacts when the bed is in motion. Under dry running conditions, the noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 75 dB(A) for machine tools of Class III and Class III accuracy; for other machine tool accuracy grades, the noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 85 dB (A) ).

6. Inspection of hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubrication systems

Generally, there should be a device for observing the oil supply condition and an oil mark indicating the oil level. The lubrication system should ensure good lubrication. The cooling system of the machine tool should ensure sufficient and reliable cooling. The hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubrication systems of the machine tool and other parts shall not leak oil, water or air. The coolant must not be mixed into the hydraulic system and lubrication system.

7. Test time control of continuous air running of the whole machine

For automatic, semi-automatic and CNC machine tools, continuous air run test shall be carried out, and the whole operation process shall not occur. The continuous operation time shall comply with the continuous air running schedule of Table 5-4. The automatic cycle during the test shall include all functions and the entire working range, and the rest time between each automatic cycle shall not exceed 1 minute.

8. The inspection site should meet the requirements of relevant standards and usually contain the following conditions:

(1), ambient temperature: 15 ~ 35 0 C;

(2) Relative humidity: 45% to 75%;

(3), atmospheric pressure: 86 ~ 106kPa;

(4) The operating voltage is maintained in the range of +10% to -15% of the rated value.
