There are 8 foreign-funded enterprises in 29 companies, namely Fuxin Hengxin Fur Products Co., Ltd., Fuguo Leather Industry (Fuxin) Co., Ltd., Liaoning Maidihong Shoes Co., Ltd., Fuguo Industry Co., Ltd., Fuxin Woster Co., Ltd., Fuxin. Zhongwei Fur Co., Ltd., Fuxin East Asia Leather Co., Ltd., Fuxin Hanxin Fur Products Co., Ltd.

There are 14 companies under construction, and among the other 15 companies to be started, there are five companies that are currently in the process of designing and bidding for the plant, namely Fuxin St. Meilun Garment Co., Ltd., Fuxin Hengxing Tanning Leather Co., Ltd., and Fuxin Bay. Danqi Garment Co., Ltd., Fuxin Xinshang Ruixue Garments Co., Ltd., and Fuxin Mingda Fur Garment Co., Ltd.; there are 8 companies to be started or self-built, namely Fuguo Industry Co., Ltd., Fuxin Austrian Leather Products Co., Ltd. Fuxin Wast Fur Co., Ltd., Fuxin East Asia Leather Co., Ltd., Fuxin Hanxin Leather Products Co., Ltd., Fuxin Leather Engineering Technology Center Project, Fuxin North Fur Logistics Center Raw Leather Market, Fuxin Beifang Leather Trading Center Accessories Market; the remaining 2 companies in Hebei Fangye Fur, Wenzhou Pingyang Chuangli Leather Jewelry Co., Ltd. is actively promoting China.
