1, Introduction
ZSFZ alarm valve is a non return valve which sends alarming on set 
point  of  flow  rate.  Installed  with  pressure  switch,  water  flow  indicator, 
sprinklers, it becomes a automatic water extinguishing system. The pipe 
line  is full of  pressured  water,  if  there  is  a fire  accident,  the fire  zone 
sprinkler  glass bulb  will burst due to heat. So the system automatically 
operate and watering the fire zone. The alarm signaling is also sent.
ZSFZ alarm valve is  working  at temperature from  4ºC  to 70ºC  and 
the amount of sprinklers for a system shouldn't more than 800 pcs


2, Structure and Working Principle
ZSFZ  alarm  valve  is  assembled  by  alarm  valve,  time  delay  unit, 
water force bell, pressure switch, draw off valve etc.
2.1 alarm valve is component by valve body, ring and valve clack. The 
valve has top chamber and bottom chamber. Top chamber is connected 
with  pipe  line  and  bottom  chamber  is  connected  with  water  supply.
There are many small holes to time delay unit, but there are normally 
sealed by valve clack and the water to water force bell is cut off.


2.2 time delay unit is a cylinder container with inlet and outlet ports. Due 
to the water pressure is not stable, the valve clack may open and close 
quickly,  there  will  be  some  water  entering  time  delay  unit  and  drain 
through the bottom. It prevents the false alarm due to water pressure 
change.

2.3 water force bell is drive by water power. When the valve clack open, 
the water fill the time delay unit and go to bell. Drive by the water stream, 
the bell clapper hitting the bell sending alarm.
