Juntai carving machine uses MATCH CNC system with its own intellectual property rights. When using MATCH CNC system programming, pay attention to the following points.
Coordinate system setting If the correct coordinate system is not set, the machine may malfunction even if the correct command is specified.
Nonlinear interpolation positioning When performing nonlinear interpolation positioning (positioning using nonlinear motion between the start point and the end point), the correctness of the tool path should be carefully checked before programming.
Functions of Rotary Axes When programming a polar coordinate interpolation or normal direction (vertical) control program, pay special attention to the rotational speed of the rotary axis. Improper programming may cause the rotating shaft to rotate at excessively high speeds. If the workpiece is not mounted properly, the workpiece will be thrown off due to excessive centrifugal forces.
Travel check After the machine is switched on, manual return to origin is required. The travel check function cannot be used before manually returning to the home position. Note When the stroke check cannot be performed, the system will not alarm even if it is overtraveled.
Absolute/incremental mode If the program written in absolute coordinates is operated in incremental mode, or vice versa, the machine may malfunction. It is recommended to use absolute coordinates when programming.
