Liyuan Refinement Co., Ltd. is located in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province. Its predecessor was Liyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. and was established in 2000. The company occupies 600 acres, in 2014 there were 1,200 employees and 24 extruders, of which 5 were imported from abroad. Extrusion materials are mainly rail vehicles, and deep-processed products are mainly end-products, such as electronic product parts and housings (Apple laptop case), and doors and windows. In order to process these highly complex parts, about 300 sets of equipment have been introduced, and more than 30 large-scale 5-axis CNC gantry machining centers, numerical control welders and highly automated friction stir welding production lines have been introduced to the rail vehicle manufacturing and assembly plant. 5 top aluminum extrusion presses
In 2010, Jilin Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. has ordered five top-level aluminum extrusion presses from Germany's SMS Group Meyer, some of which have been put into production, and some are being installed and commissioned. One 160-ton front loading extruder was installed in November 2014, and it can be put into operation in mid-2015. One 100-ton forward-loading extruder has been put into operation in March 2014 and is operating normally. One 36MN forward/backward extrusion machine was put into operation in autumn 2015 and delivered in 2014. One 45MN forward/reverse pipe extrusion machine was put into production in February 2014; one 60MN pipe extrusion machine was put into production in June 2014. In addition, Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. has 19 small and medium-sized home-made extrusion presses, which mainly produce building profiles and smaller industrial sections. The structure of domestic extrusion presses is as follows: 1 for 4MN, 1 for 5.4MN, 7.2 6 of MN, 2 of 9MN, 3 of 16MN, 2 of 22.5MN, 1 of 32.5MN, and 1 of 50MN. The company's total extrusion capacity of 105kt/a.
All the five high-tech extruders imported were heated using the induction furnace of the IAS company in Germany. The operation of this furnace is extremely flexible. It can heat long spindles and can also heat short spindles. The throughput of ingots can be very large. Internal changes not only heat the easy-extruded soft alloy, but also heat hard alloys that are difficult to squeeze. The heating rate of the induction heating furnace is much faster than that of the conventional heating furnace, the temperature is also more uniform, the deviation is smaller, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the casting blank can be reduced to a minimum. The positive gradient can be easily and accurately performed (the temperature at the front end of the billet is high and the back end temperature is low), while negative gradient heating can be performed when the tubing is reversely extruded.
100MN and 160MN Extruder
Liyuan Refinery's 100MN extruder and 160MN extruder were introduced from Mel, and the 160MN extruder is the largest hydraulic aluminum extrusion press ever built in Germany. It is used in the production of large rail vehicle body profiles. Become a necessary equipment, and it becomes more and more important and more and more important. In general, for a rail vehicle aluminum extrusion plant, one of the extruders with 20 MN, 35 MN, 50 MN, 80 MN, and 100 MN is reasonable, and it would be better if there were one 150 MN. Liyuan's extruder structure is reasonable. If there is another 75 MN, it is more reasonable, because about 18% of the large profiles of vehicles can be produced with a 75MN extrusion machine, and it is no longer necessary to use 100MN, which is beneficial to reduce Product Cost.
Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. built two 200-meter-long workshops, one placed 160 MN extruder and the other 100 MN extruder. The workshop was equipped with air-conditioning system to meet the requirements of high-speed rail vehicle production of large extruded sections. The 100MN extrusion was put into production in September 2014 and is also used to produce large rail vehicle profiles. About 40 types of extruded profiles are used in modern railway vehicle bodies. The 60MN forward tube extrusion press introduced by Liyuan Refinement Co., Ltd. is one of the largest in the world. With a production capacity of 10 kt/a, there is also a 45 MN forward/reverse pipe extrusion press, which is one of only three or four such large extruders in the world.
