At present, our factory adopts a multi-pipe gravity dust collector with 144 pipe side inlets. This type of dust collector features smooth inlet and is not easy to block. However, the disadvantage of the multi-pipe dust collector is that the dust removal efficiency is low, especially for extremely fine dust particles. At the same time, because daily production is often affected by changes in conditions such as raw materials and operations, the emission of smoke has exceeded the standard, and the complaints due to yellow smoke are more prominent. With increasing demands on the environment, existing dust removal equipment has been difficult to meet people's requirements for high quality environments. For this purpose, after the existing multi-pipe dust collectors are added with a single electric field electrostatic precipitator, two-stage dust removal methods are used to ensure smoke emission standards are met.

Dust removal from the beginning of the shop to the present, although several rectifications, the effect is still not ideal. In the original bag filter, although the dust collection efficiency was high, the cloth bag was easy to be clogged, and after the cloth bag was clogged, the back blowing was not net. This problem was difficult to solve. Afterwards, it was changed into a simple tubular electric dedusting device. The air flow moved from below to upward in the pipe. The dust falling from the rapping was blown up again, generating new dust. After the transformation, the operating status of the system is relatively stable and has achieved satisfactory results. The specific manifestations are as follows:

(1) According to the standard issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power of the People's Republic of China, a certain number of on-line meters must be deployed in high-pressure boilers to more effectively monitor the boilers and provide a strong guarantee for the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the boilers.

(2) The accuracy of conductivity and pH measurement is greatly improved compared to the original manual monitoring.

(3) The chemical supervision of the boiler is very timely, and the pharmaceutical adjustment is in place. This effectively prevents fouling of boiler tubes and salt accumulation in steam turbines, slows the corrosion of boiler tubes, and increases the useful life of the boiler. Avoid boiler explosions.

(4) At present, the main problem solved by this system is the monitoring of water vapor in the furnace. This system also fully considers the content of the external water treatment afterwards, laying a good foundation for on-line inspection of water treatment.

At the same time, during the design of this system, a lot of preparatory work and design work for the implementation of the computer networkization of the Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group was also carried out, creating conditions for comprehensively improving modern production and management levels, and it is of universal significance to promote the use of this system in power plants. There is a problem: Because the temperature of the site is high, sometimes reaching 40 °C or more, the stability of the system is affected, the detection accuracy of the instrument will be reduced to varying degrees, and the on-site environment shall be modified to meet the requirements of the system. .

9. Material: Stainless steel is hygienic and environmentally friendly. Chromium devices are easy to care for and harmless to people, but other elements need to be added to the manufacturing process.
