The area will reach 1080 acres.

The president of the Shunde Coatings Association, Hu Jinghao, confirmed to reporters yesterday that the agreement signed between Wujiang and 23 companies 10 days ago also confirmed the 80,000 yuan/mu land price. Before this, Wujiang had informed Shunde Paint's boss that the lowest price for local land transfer had risen to 134,000 yuan per mu, which was a far cry from the 38,000 yuan per mu set at the time of the first signing. In June this year, a representative from a company in Shunde said that 70,000 to 80,000 yuan per mu is still acceptable.

It is understood that after a month of research, the Wujiang District Government finally decided to adjust the land price of enterprises entering the park from the original 38,000 yuan to 80,000 yuan, and the price increase was more than doubled. Hu Jingyun said that in addition to the upward adjustment of land prices, other commitment conditions will remain unchanged. Including land price difference and income tax return, but the company's plant area will be reduced from the initial 50-100 acres to 30-50 acres.

At present, Shunde Coatings Association has also informed the relevant conditions for admission conditions, Wujiang District will provide 1080 acres of land, about 30 paint companies can meet to enter the formation of a paint industry "small cluster." The reporter was also informed that the current selection of Wujiang District Committee members has also been confirmed, and the former Wujiang District Governor Wang Dexiong assumed the position.
