Secretary General Meeting of National Furniture Association held in Chengdu
The meeting was chaired by Zhang Bingbing, Secretary General of China Furniture Association. Secretary General Zhang Bingbing first introduced the basic situation of the national furniture industry in the first half of 2009 and made arrangements for the next stage of work. Zhang Bingbing believes that with the recovery of the domestic economy, the furniture industry is gradually coming out. Predicament, various indicators also tend to improve. Chen Baoguang, vice chairman of China Furniture Association, introduced the work of "furniture serving the countryside" at the meeting. He hoped that associations around the world would be able to participate creatively in this activity that is beneficial to enterprises, markets and users. He also briefed the participants on the preparation of the first country furniture design competition.
Chairman of the China Furniture Association Jia Qingwen made a summary of the current development situation of the national furniture industry. He also expressed hope to the provincial and municipal associations, hoping that everyone will unite, strengthen learning, do a good job of service, be realistic and innovative, and strengthen confidence.
At the meeting, the heads or representatives of local associations introduced the work of their respective associations in the previous stage and exchanged views on common problems encountered in their work.
