1. YFP7333 is highly similar to Printex 25 and Printex 35, and very good to replace Hiblack 30L for offset ink production.

2.  YFP7333 can replace Printex 35 successfully for CPP resin, solvent-base inks.

3. If resin is PU, YFP7333's fluidity and dispersing property are the same with Printex 35, and the difference is YFP7333's jetness is around 3% weak, so this product can be introduced to clients who have no strict requirement on blackness.

4. YFP7333 can be also recommended for NC ink application.

5. YFP7333, as alternative product to Printex 35, is mainly used to produce flexo ink and gravure ink for vinyl printing, such as OPP, BOPP, PA, NY, PET and boilable pack printing.

Loading quantity: 6000kgs in 20FCL on pallet;
                            12000kgs in 40HQ on pallet.

The main products include various carbon black used in tire, rubber and pigment carbon black used in tire, rubber, paints, coatings, inks, master batch, color paste, paper, wire & cable industries.
 

We now have 2 factories with production capacity 150000mton/year including 90000mton/year for rubber grade, and 60000mton/year for pigment black.

In addition, six Masterbatch production lines are built to produce PE, PP, PVC, EVA and Conductive Masterbatch and Rubber Color Concentrate, the annual capacity is 20,000Mtons

A3: We test raw material before production, and test the products every 2 hours and every lot during production, and examin the quality before shipping the cargo.
