New titanium aluminum alloy or can solve the problem of intelligent machine bending

Now, the good news is coming. Pohang University in South Korea has recently developed a titanium alloy material with extremely high strength, which can solve the problem of the strength of the mobile phone frame almost perfectly.

So, is the cost of titanium alloys not high? Can smart phones bear this cost? In fact, South Korea researched and developed this kind of material which is composed of steel, manganese, aluminum, nickel, titanium and other metals. The cost is lower than traditional titanium alloy by 90% and it is completely within the acceptable range.

It is said that Samsung is expected to use this new material first because they are one of the sponsors of this research by Pohang University.

In addition to mobile phones, this material can also be used in the automotive, aircraft and other fields.
