Improvement of tap quick change chuck

In our factory, the six-axis tapping machine is used to mass produce various specifications of nuts. The matching tap changer (Fig. 1) has the following problems: (1) The use range is narrow, and only one type of thread can be processed. (2) The outer casing 2 rotates with the main shaft during use, and it is unsafe to change the tap. (3) The top wire 4 is easy to loose, and there is a hidden danger of accidents. (4) The steel ball 3 and the outer casing 2 are in contact for a long time, and the work after the deformation is invalid, shortening the service life.
