The outer ring of stationary vane has the characteristics of large diameter, large number, thin wall thickness, poor rigidity, easy deformation and high processing precision. Therefore, how to ensure the dimensional accuracy, processing quality and accuracy of the various types of reel grooves on the outer ring has become an urgent problem to be solved in the machining of the outer ring of the turbine. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the inner ring of the turbine, based on the actual problems encountered in the processing of the wheel groove, the integration of the machining plan, the improvement of the forming cutter holder and the trial of the new tool are used to improve the machining accuracy and processing. quality.
1. Determination of the preliminary processing plan
Figure 1 is a line diagram of the outer ring groove of the stationary blade. As shown in the figure, strict tolerance control is required for the size h1 and the size b2.

According to the product pattern and processing technology, the technicians selected the beam-moving gantry CNC five-axis machining center (see Figure 2) and the self-designed special milling machine (see Figure 3) to process the stator blade outer ring groove. .
After design discussions, the initial processing plan was determined as:
Pre-milling straight groove with wave edge carbide end mill→High-speed steel forming rough milling cutter pre-milling root groove type line→Carbide end mill finishing milling root groove journal size→High speed steel forming The milling cutter finishes the root groove pattern (see Figure 4).
