At the market level, the response to the reliability problems and accuracy stability problems of domestic CNC systems is relatively strong. In this regard, Chen Jihong has something to say.
He believes that compared with foreign countries, the domestic CNC system does have a reliability gap, but it is not as big as the market. Because there are more than 100,000 domestic CNC system sales in the Chinese market every year, even if it is all economical, it is also a numerical control system, and it still takes 24 hours to work in the workshop. The problem is that the hardware cost of the CNC system at home and abroad is the same. Under this circumstance, the CNC system enterprises have to choose domestic electronic components. The automobile factory does not dare to use domestic machine tools. The ordinary people do not buy domestically produced cars, which makes it difficult for domestic brands to get out of the way. Not good; the worse, the less you don't have. How to break this strange circle? In fact, there is a question of mutual tolerance and support. If a stick is killed, or even a chance to correct it, then the domestic machine tool will never enter the car factory, and the domestic system will never enter the machine tool factory.
In fact, from the user's psychological point of view, they require higher reliability for domestic CNC systems than foreign brands. Because once the machine is out of order, if you use a foreign system, they may first consider whether it is a problem with the machine itself. If you use a domestic system, they will first consider whether the system is faulty. Moreover, the use environment and working conditions of the domestic CNC system are even worse. Because users use foreign brands generally high-grade CNC system, the cabinets will be more expensive, and will be equipped with air conditioners and voltage regulators, so that the sealing, environmental temperature and the quality of the operators can be guaranteed. The use of domestic systems, no matter the machine grade, the use environment and the operator will be worse.
From the perspective of procurement, the main users of medium and high-end CNC systems are large and medium-sized state-owned backbone enterprises in China. Most of the equipment procurement funds of these enterprises are from key projects and technological transformation projects supported by the state financial funds. These enterprises have always formed the habit of using foreign products, which led to the designation of foreign brands' CNC systems in bidding documents during government procurement tenders. This practice is obviously in violation of the relevant provisions of the National Bidding Law, but it has become a "convention" for government procurement tenders, causing domestic brands to lose the right and opportunity to compete fairly with foreign countries.
Changing the strategy or turning around The country has long been limited to the “blood transfusion” of independent investment in research and development, and the “hematopoietic” support for independent innovation products to occupy the market has not paid enough attention. Due to the launch of major national special projects, the domestic CNC system is expected to further narrow the gap with foreign countries. In response to the financial crisis, the state has introduced a policy of investing 4 trillion yuan to stimulate domestic demand, which has also brought market opportunities for domestic brands. And if you do not change the current market environment that is not conducive to domestic brands, domestic brands simply do not have market opportunities.
The CNC system club hopes that several government departments will jointly support the policy and put forward three opinions.
