The scientific research results of the "double-edged reaming gun drill" independently researched and developed by China First Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. have filled the gap of the small deep hole drilling reaming of domestic gun drilling machine tools and obtained the national technology patent.
"Double-edged reaming gun drill" is a special tool for adding the reaming function to the small deep hole drilling of the gun drilling machine. Previously, the small deep hole drilling of the gun drilling machine used by Yizhong Group was 20 mm in diameter, and the deep hole processing products exceeding 20 mm had to be processed externally, which increased the production cycle and cost. After a year of careful design and testing, a heavy technician developed a double-edged external chip gun drill, which increased the processing diameter of the small deep hole drill from 20 mm to 30 mm, and the outer diameter from 200 mm to 345 mm.
