Whether the joints, cylinders, floating oil seals, radiator plates, water pipe joints, etc. of the high-pressure pipe are leaked, and should be eliminated if necessary. Whether the electrical system is disconnected, short-circuited, or the terminal is loose, if it should be eliminated in time. Check the oil level of the engine oil sump: When the engine is stopped, first determine the engine oil pressure gauge, whether the water temperature gauge is in the normal range, and then take out the oil slick to check that the liquid level should be between the upper and lower scale lines of the dipstick. To add oil, open the filler port and add. When checking the oil level, the vehicle should be parked on a level surface. When adding oil, do not raise the oil level above the “H” mark.

Rear axle tank oil quantity check:

(1) Initial inspection and maintenance for 250 hours: 1. Replace the fuel filter. 2. Replace the oil coarse and fine filter. 3. Replacement of gearbox and rear axle tank oil (replacement of oil quantity according to the requirements of the attached table). 4. Replace the oil in the working oil tank. 5. Replace the working oil tank filter element. 6. Replace the final transmission tank oil. 7. Clean the shifting steering filter. 8. Fasten the injector mounting screws. 9. Inspection and adjustment of engine valve clearance.

(2) Inspection and maintenance every 500 hours: 1. Replace the preservative storage. 2. Close the upper two valves of the preservative reservoir. 3. Unscrew the filter cartridge filter to the left. 4. Apply engine oil to the sealing surface and replace with new components. 5. When installing, tighten 1/2~3/4 turn after the sealing surface is in contact with the cover. (Do not overtighten) 6. Open the valve after replacement.

Correct repair

(1) Tracks maintain proper tension [1]

If the tension is excessive, the tension of the guide wheel spring acts on the track pin and the pin sleeve, the outer circle of the pin and the inner circle of the pin sleeve are always subjected to high compressive stress, and the pin and the pin sleeve are prematurely worn during operation, and the guide wheel is tensioned. The spring force of the spring also acts on the guide axle and the bushing, which generates a large surface contact stress, which makes the guide wheel bushing easy to be ground into a semicircle, the track pitch is easily elongated, and the mechanical transmission efficiency is reduced, and the engine is transmitted to the drive. Wheel and track power.

If the track is too tight, the track is easily disengaged from the guide wheel and the roller, and the track loses proper alignment, causing the running track to fluctuate, flap, and impact, causing abnormal wear of the guide wheel and the roller.

The track tension is adjusted by adding butter to the tensioning cylinder grease nozzle or releasing grease from the oil draining nozzle. Refer to the standard clearance of each model for adjustment. When the track pitch is elongated until a set of track sections needs to be removed, the meshing surface of the drive wheel tooth face and the pin bushing is also subject to abnormal wear. In this case, proper handling should be performed before the meshing condition deteriorates, such as pin and pin. Turn over the face, replace the over-extended pin and pin sleeve, and replace the track joint assembly.

(2) Keep the guide wheel position centered

The misalignment of the guide wheels has a serious influence on other parts of the traveling mechanism. Therefore, adjusting the gap between the guide wheel guide and the crawler frame (correction misalignment) is the main point for extending the life of the traveling mechanism. When adjusting, use the gasket between the guide and the bearing to correct. If the clearance is large, remove the gasket; the clearance is small, and the gasket is added. The standard clearance is 0.5 to 1.0 mm and the maximum allowable clearance is 3.0 mm.

(3) Turn the track pin and pin sleeve over at the appropriate time

During the wear process of the track pin and the pin sleeve, the pitch of the track joint is gradually lengthened, resulting in poor meshing between the drive wheel and the pin sleeve, resulting in damage to the pin sleeve and abnormal wear of the drive wheel tooth surface, which may cause snakes, taps, and impacts. Greatly shorten the life of the walking mechanism. When the pitch cannot be restored by adjusting the tension, it is necessary to turn the track pin and the pin sleeve over to obtain the correct track pitch. There are two kinds of moments at the scene to determine the turning of the track pin and the pin sleeve; one method is to check the moment when the track pitch is 3 mm; the other method is to find the moment when the outer diameter of the pin sleeve is worn by 3 mm.

(4) Bolt and nut tighten in time

When the bolt of the running mechanism is loose, it is easy to be broken or lost, causing a series of failures. Daily inspection and maintenance should check the following bolts: mounting bolts for the roller and the roller, drive bolt mounting bolts, track shoe mounting bolts, roller guard plate mounting bolts, diagonal strut head mounting bolts. The tightening torque of the main bolts refers to the instructions of each model.

(5) timely lubrication

The lubrication of the running gear is very important. Many of the roller bearings are “burned to death” and the report fee is due to oil leakage and is not discovered in time. It is generally believed that the following five places may leak oil: oil leakage between the outside of the retaining ring and the shaft due to poor or damaged O-ring between the retaining ring and the shaft; due to poor contact of the floating seal ring or O-ring defect, the retaining block Oil leakage between the outer side of the ring and the supporting wheel (the supporting wheel, the guiding wheel, the driving wheel); due to the poor O-ring between the supporting wheel (the supporting wheel, the guiding wheel, the driving wheel) and the bushing, the bushing and the bushing Oil leakage between the rollers; oil leakage at the fuel filler plug due to loose plugging of the filler port or damage to the seat hole of the tapered plug; due to poor O-ring, oil leakage between the cover and the roller. Therefore, you should pay attention to the above parts and add and replace them regularly according to the lubrication cycle of each part.

(6) Check the crack

The cracks of the traveling mechanism should be inspected in time and repaired and strengthened in time.
