1.2 Rack-mounting racks are generally installed on the foundation of storage bins or hoppers, and are connected to the racks by pre-embedded bolts. If no bolts are used, the foundations shall be provided with embedded steel plates. The method of embedded welding is to weld the frame to the embedded steel plate.
1.3 Installation of spindle device and tensioning device, support roller and towing chain wheel The spindle device and tensioning device are suspended on the frame, and the connection bolts are used to adjust the bearing block so that the axis of the sprocket is perpendicular to the centerline of the frame. Not more than 1/1000 of its span, level not more than 1/1000. When installing the tensioning device, the parallelism between the axis line of the tensioning device and the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 1/1000 of its span. When installing the tensioning device, first tighten the bearing housing on the shaft, then lift the shaft as a whole and install it in the designated location. Install the rollers, and the parallelism of the busbars of each roller in the horizontal and horizontal planes of the rack shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the width of the chain plate. When installing the towing sprocket, the parallelism of the sprocket's busbar in the horizontal and horizontal planes of the rack shall not be greater than 1.5/1000 of the chain plate.
1.4 Installation of the Slat Plate Device Adjust the bolts of the tension device so that the tension device is at the minimum position of the stroke. The steel plate or channel steel is used to lift the chain plate device below the frame so that the side plates of the chain plate and the sprocket wheel The height is the same, then one end of the chain plate is lifted so that the chain plate slides from one end to the other. When moving to a certain distance, then the other end of the chain plate is connected, the tolerance between the chain hinge pin and the connection is loose, and the hinge pin can be loaded into the chain link by tapping with the hand. When installing the joints, marks should be left at the joints to facilitate maintenance. After the second section of the chain plate device is installed, the chain plate is further hoisted by the above method. When the length of the chain plate device at both ends is substantially the same, the other end chain plate can be hoisted to the upper part of the rack, and the chain plate device is continued to be hoisted until The two sections of the chain plate device are all hoisted and the first place is connected. Adjust the screw of the tensioning device to ensure the elasticity of the chain plate device and the free transition of the return section.
1.5 Drive Installation Install the drive according to the position and size on the diagram. Before installation, clean the internal hole of the output shaft of the reducer and the joint of the spindle device and remove the dirt. The torque rod is welded to the frame, then the whole device is hoisted, and it is accurately mounted on the protruding shaft of the spindle device. Then the bolts and the assembly support on the locking plate are tightened. The tightening torque of the locking plate is 1210N.m.
2 The debugging and debugging of the plate feeder is the most important part of the installation of the machine. The debugging will directly affect the operating state of the machine. The commissioning must be carried out under the guidance of a professional.
2.1 debugging content
1. The rotation direction of the reducer must be checked before the local trial run. It should be in the same direction as the material and no reverse rotation is allowed.
2. The reducer will inject proper amount of oil according to the position of the oil mark. The oil must be filtered clean oil.
3. Adjust the tensioning device so that the chain plate has a certain tension, get the minimum chain plate sag, and ensure that the sprocket can be well meshed. However, try to make the tension of the two tightening screws approximately equal.
4. Check whether the bolts of the link plate device are tightly tightened. Do not loosen it. Otherwise, it will cause malfunction and damage the machine.
5. When the link plate assembly is assembled to the frame, the bolts should be tightened again with a tightening torque of 550 N·M. After loading for 100 hours, tighten the bolts with a tightening torque of 550 N.M.
6. Always check the bolts on the chain plate assembly and tighten them if loose.
2.2 The following points should be made before the operation of plate feeders and the use of machines for commissioning:
1. Check that the anchor bolts are tightened or that the embedded parts are securely welded.
2. Check whether the connection of various parts of the machine is reliable.
3. Check the drive oil level.
4. Check the chain tension.
5. Always check the connecting bolts of the link plate assembly and do not run the machine under loose conditions.
6. Start the no-load operation at a low speed. After the inspection is normal, the normal operation speed is gradually reached and the operation is performed for a number of hours (depending on the circumstances).
7. After the no-load operation check is correct, it can carry out the on-load operation.
8. For the first time, about 20t of crushed stone or other small pieces of material are loaded. These materials can be regarded as the protection of the chain plate and can also be considered as a bulky boring buffer layer. -
9. If the material is wet for a long period of time under low temperature conditions, it may be unloaded when there is a freeze in the hopper and on the chain plate surface, but it must be filled in by 8 when it is started again.
