In the 3D CAD environment, it can be described by the curve of the section. The casting pattern drawings imported from Japan and the United States are mostly section curves (generally generated by 3D CAD software). The advantage is that it can describe the fitting characteristics of the curve and the information ratio. There are many "point descriptions", and there is also a certain ambiguity, which generally corresponds to the manual (wood mold) modeling method. The best way to describe a surface is a 3D CAD model. The advantage is that the design information is complete and accurate, and the corresponding processing methods are CNC machining and rapid prototyping.
The design method of the water pump is still the analog design method, that is, the hydraulic model is scaled up or down to complete the pump design of different specifications.
