The National Electrolytic Aluminum Energy-saving and Emission Reduction Technology and Experience Exchange Meeting held for the first time in the non-ferrous metals industry was successfully held in Fujian in April 2008. The energy saving and emission reduction work is an important task for the whole society, especially the electrolytic aluminum industry. Although the electrolytic aluminum industry has achieved certain achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction, it is from the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" energy-saving emission reduction targets (comprehensive AC power consumption is lower than 14300 kWh / ton of aluminum; electrolytic aluminum exhaust gas collection efficiency is greater than 98%, The purification efficiency is more than 99%, and the recycling rate of industrial waste water should not be less than 95%. There is still a certain distance for this. For this reason, the China Non-Ferrous Metals Association decided to convene the National Electrolytic Aluminum Energy-saving and Emission Reduction Technology and Experience Exchange Meeting to discuss electrolysis. For issues related to energy saving and emission reduction of aluminum, we invited experts from electrolytic aluminum production enterprises, colleges and universities, research institutes, design institutes, and energy-saving technology research and development units to introduce the latest research achievements and experiences in electrolytic aluminum energy-saving and emission reduction work.
