In order to improve the welding production efficiency and welding technology level of China's industrial enterprises, Zhuhai Jinbao Hot Melt Welding Technology Co., Ltd. introduced TANDEM high-speed and high-efficiency welding technology from the world-famous German CLOOS company, and promoted it in China. In the past 10 years, CLOOS has provided users with more than 1000 Tandem welding systems. More than 100 TANDEM welding systems are now in use in the country.
When welding 2 -3mm thin plates with the Cruise TANDEM process, the welding speed can reach 6m / min. When welding thick plates of 8mm or more, the welding efficiency can reach 24kg / h. In the welding, low-alloy high-strength steel and other materials are required to control the line energy. Time is the best process to replace submerged arc welding. The process can weld various metal materials such as carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. It is an advanced welding technology with high speed, high efficiency and wide application. Tandem welding uses two separate nozzles and two independent power supplies, each with its own independent welding parameters. The ordinary double wire welding process uses the same welding parameters for both welding wires. Due to the new development of welding power technology and good welding results, the Tandem welding process replaced the ordinary twin wire welding system in the 1990s. For Tandem welding, it is important that pulsed arcs are used for both wires, which gives the user sufficient conditions to weld with different pulse frequencies, see Figure 2. |

High-performance welding machine, welding current 1000A at 100% duty ratio, pulse current 1500A; 2, digital dual-pulse power supply, 6-inch LCD display, programmable, connected to PC, printer; 3, the specification parameters of each wire can be set separately, the material and diameter can be different; 4, the wire feeding speed of each wire can reach 35m / min; 5, greatly improve the deposition efficiency and welding speed; 6. Maintain a lower heat input when the deposition efficiency increases; 7. The arc is stable and the droplet transfer is controlled; 8, welding deformation is small; 9, small splash; 10, welding data monitoring and management, error code display; 11, using standard gas, less air consumption; 12, a wide range of use, high productivity.
