The disassembling steps are briefly described as follows:

(1) Demolition:

1. Put oil 2. Loosen the inlet flange screw, pull out the inlet nozzle, loosen the gas cylinder flange screw, and pull out the ballast valve.

3. Remove the fuel tank.

4. Remove the check valve split pin and remove the check valve impeller.

5. Remove the connection screw between the bearing and the pump, remove the pump assembly, and the motor is disassembled depending on convenience.

6. Loosen the cap screw, remove the pump cap, and pull out the two rotors and the rotary vane. When the lower rotor is removed, the split pin is removed first.

(B), assembly:

1. Wipe the parts with gauze to prevent them from plugging the oil holes. It is best to use a cleaning fluid and a brush for cleaning.

2. After inserting the rotor into the rotor slot, install the advanced rotor into the spring body of the stator, and install the L advanced pump cover, pin, screw, key, and coupling to rotate it by hand. There should be no leakage resistance and significant weight. The top of the stator should be directed downwards to bring the rotor close to the arc of the stator by means of gravity. This gap is preferably 0.01 mm.

3. The lower rotor assembly method is the same as above.

4. Install non-return valve impeller and other non-return parts, the check valve head should be aligned with the inlet port oil hole, according to the work of the rotation of the rotor and hand gently reverse blocking the impeller, the oil hole should be closed when closed, adjust The maximum opening height of the valve head plane is O. 8 ~ 1.2 mm, the specific movable check valve seat, rubber check valve head position in the stem hole to achieve. Easy check method: Face the impeller, make the Φ3mm drive pin in the horizontal position of the right hand, and move the impeller in the clockwise direction. At this time, the open height of the check valve head plane is close to the maximum and should be 0.8-1.2mm. The rotor stops at any position. After the hand is released from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically drop to close the oil hole.

5. Install parts such as exhaust valves and oil baffles on the pump section.

6. Put the pump, key, coupling, and motor on the support.

7. Fill the tank.

8. Insert the inlet nozzle, gas ballast, tighten the flange.

note:

The friction surface is coated with a clean vacuum pump oil when assembled.

Remembering the original assembly position of the part can reduce running-in time.

There should be no loose fasteners.
